IMPORTANT: Cubell Support Policy
Free support is given to all buyers of Cubell themes with a valid purchase code, and the support is exclusively for leaving suggestions, reporting bugs and problems with a theme.
Customizations are not part of the free support, and to customize a theme (change/add something that the theme doesn't have the option to do) then you need to hire your own developer. It is recommended to look on http://studio.envato.com as that site is run by the same people who run Themeforest. Very small customizations (CSS changes) may be submitted in a ticket, but they will only be answered with code if it is actually a small customization (minor CSS changes) and I have enough spare time.
And please remember
Support is only answered between Monday to Friday and most tickets are answered within 24-48 hours, however during busy weeks this may take a bit longer, but do not worry, every ticket will be answered as soon as it is possible. So please do not reply to your own ticket, because this will move your ticket to the end of the queue again, and it will take longer for your ticket to be seen.
